Responsibilities
Image, configure, and deploy Windows‑based radiology workstations
Install clinical applications, calibrate diagnostic monitors, and set up peripherals
Conduct onsite readiness checks (network, power, ergonomics) prior to installation
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during deployment
Document workstation builds, asset details, and deployment progress
Collaborate with radiologists, IT teams, and clinical staff to ensure seamless workflow integration
Ensure all systems meet performance, quality, and security standards
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of congruent experience in desktop support, imaging, deployment, or healthcare IT
Strong knowledge of Windows imaging and deployment tools (SCCM or similar)
Solid hardware, workstation, and peripheral troubleshooting skills
Professionalism and confidence in clinical or hospital environments
Excellent customer service, communication, and end‑user support abilities
