Responsibilities
Administer, program, and maintain Lenel OnGuard systems across multiple facilities
Oversee CCTV, video surveillance, and alarm monitoring integrations
Liaise between Security, IT, Facilities, and Construction teams
Enforce system standards (naming conventions, configuration documentation, licensing)
Manage software and hardware health, backups, and upgrades
Conduct routine system audits, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery
Train end-users on access control, video, and alarm operations
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, licenses, and assets
Qualification
Required
Lenel Security Systems Certification (required)
10+ years total systems administration experience
5+ years in security systems technology management
2+ years managing a security access control and video surveillance systems and security systems engineering
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server and Client Operating Systems
A good understanding of Data Bases (MS SQL)
A good understanding of low voltage security systems networking technologies
A good understanding of cyber security and experience in remediation of cyber security threats
