Responsibilities
Support day-to-day IT operations including servers, networks, and user systems
Assist in the design and management of advanced network architectures
Configure, maintain, and optimize Autodesk, Bentley, and Microsoft 365 platforms
Ensure system security, backups, and compliance are consistently maintained
Troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and efficiently
Provide reliable onsite user support across multiple office locations
Maintain comprehensive system documentation and status reports

Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience, preferably in an AEC or similar environment
Proficient with routing, switching, firewalls (especially SonicWall), VLANs, and VPNs
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to support remote teams and multiple locations
Advanced network administration
Microsoft 365 and Active Directory management
IT infrastructure troubleshooting and support
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; certifications also considered
Knowledge of Autodesk and Bentley software preferred
