Responsibilities

Respond to routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns through multiple communication channels

Identify and resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible to prevent escalation

Provide accurate information regarding benefits, claims, authorizations, and services

Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to research and document all interactions in the CRM system

Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards as outlined by the organization

Collaborate with other departments when necessary to ensure complete issue resolution

Stay informed of current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain consistency and compliance

Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and ongoing training to improve service delivery

Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned

Required

Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment

Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy required

Ability to multitask and navigate multiple programs simultaneously

Ability to meet performance goals, including quality assurance, adherence, and average call handling time

High School Diploma or GED
