Aloden LLC is seeking a Senior Research/Data Analyst who will perform advanced data extraction, statistical analysis, and reporting to support management decision-making. The role involves working with SQL/Oracle databases and producing Tableau dashboards while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Required

Bachelor's degree + 2 years lead/supervisory experience OR Associate degree + 4 years experience (2 years lead) OR 2 years experience at IT Business Analyst level

Strong SQL/Oracle skills

Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization

Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL, Oracle, etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL

Significant experience in accessing and extracting data from organizational and/or other institutional databases

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail

Proficient skills in queries, report writing, and presenting findings
