Taking in information from clients and entering it into their systems
Logging new cases and processing them through to the next stage
Pulling data from forms and entering it into Microsoft Word or Excel

Qualification

Required

Experience with Microsoft Word - turn things into a PDF, insert tables onto documents
Experience with Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables, insert columns
Understanding of HIPAA Regulations
Soft skills: reliable, accurate, and thorough
Must have a laptop/desktop that supports Windows 11
