Independently design and implement medium to large-scale software systems using .NET architectures
Lead the development of data-driven applications using N-tier architectures and relational databases
Collaborate with project stakeholders, developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment
Guide the successful design and implementation of multiple software components and subsystems
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
Qualification
Required
.NET Software Design & Development - 10+ years
Data-driven Applications using MS SQL (N-tier architecture) - 8+ years
Software Component and Subsystem Design - 8+ years
Preferred
Child Welfare or Human Services System Experience - Experience in SACWIS/CCWIS requirements and objectives is a plus
Agile Development - Hands-on experience working in Agile teams
