Marketing/Creative/Product Design - Social Media Manager

Responsibilities
Monitor Reddit daily for *** mentions, feedback, or emerging conversations adjacent or related to product performance, roadmap, or brand sentiment
Engage authentically across relevant subreddits to build relationships, answer questions, and participate in discussions with credibility and value
Partner with the Customer Support team to identify and respond to user questions on Reddit, helping troubleshoot light support issues and ensure users get accurate answers or are routed to the right channels
Identify and nurture opportunities for *** to participate in community discussions, whether related to products, AMAs, thought leadership threads, or casual commentary—all aligned with Reddit norms and culture
Distill insights and trends from Reddit into actionable reports
Collaborate with External Comms, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams to escalate product-related questions or recurring themes from community members
Provide reactive engagement during moments of heightened conversation or community concern
Help develop response guidelines for discussions that involve technical questions or product feedback
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in online community management, ideally with a focus on Reddit, forums, or niche online communities for a brand or agency
Deep understanding of Reddit culture, moderation norms, and etiquette across various subreddits
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adjust tone based on context, from technical users to creative professionals
Experience collaborating with product, support, and communications teams to manage brand presence, draft thoughtful responses, and surface community insights
Comfortable handling product feedback, technical discussions, and critical commentary with empathy and professionalism
Familiarity with Reddit analytics, moderation, and listening tools (Reddit Insights, Reddit Pro, Sprinklr, or similar)
Willingness to embody 's brand voice and tone
Comfortable working in a Virtual First environment
Familiarity with 's suite of products and features
Prior experience in a customer support role, preferably in tech or SaaS
