Responsibilities
Manage a significant case load and oversee a team of Case Managers
Aid in case assessment, legal strategy, and medical management to maximize case value
Manage and oversee cases from initial intake through settlement
Review performance metrics of case managers
Negotiate and finalize settlements
Review demands and complaints
Interpret medical reports and bills
Communicate with clients on a regular basis regarding legal strategy and treatment plans
Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability
Commitment to learning and providing high-quality legal representation
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Must have at least 18 months of experience in Personal Injury law
Familiarity with Casepeer or other legal software
Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel
Team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
