Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email or phone
Analyze, prioritize, and resolve requests related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products
Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve client issues and provide technical support
Act as a technical liaison, supporting system modifications, implementations, and conversions
Translate business needs into formal requirements and participate in application design and development
Manage multiple systems while interacting with clients to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
Participate in special initiatives and projects as an individual contributor
Maintain strong client relationships and provide a positive customer experience through creative solutions

Required

Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
1–2 years in banking or financial services
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Active listening and critical thinking
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving and quality assurance focus
Relationship building and collaboration
