Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs

Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards to support evolving business needs

Build and support integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems, data platforms, and cloud services using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns

Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable fixes

Participate in release planning, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Salesforce DevOps tools

Support data-related initiatives including data migration, synchronization, cleansing, and validation

Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation covering designs, configurations, and integrations

Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the Salesforce ecosystem

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise or mid-sized environments

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools

Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Proven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, data platforms, and/or cloud services using APIs and middleware

Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and sharing mechanisms

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder (certification is a plus)

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ

Hands-on experience with complex Salesforce integrations using middleware or event-driven architecture

Exposure to analytics, reporting, or data platforms integrated with Salesforce
