Analyzes business process and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives
Collaborates on an on-going basis with the Programmer/Analysts
Applies skills and procedures within functional area

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in technical change management, with a focus on compliance within an IT environment
Strong technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across technical and compliance teams

Preferred

ITIL certification or relevant compliance certifications (such as CISM, CRISC) are preferred
