Jack Demmer Ford is seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Account Manager for Fleet Services to join our team! This role focuses on developing our commercial and fleet sales division, establishing lasting partnerships with businesses, and growing the team.

Collaborate with dealership leadership to grow the commercial sales team
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and fleet accounts
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our presence
Deliver exceptional service and solutions to business clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales goals
Track sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and in a team
Preferred
Experience in automotive sales, fleet management, or commercial account management
Knowledge of commercial vehicles and fleet purchasing
Tech-savvy with CRM and sales tracking systems
