Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. They are seeking an LMS Administrator to provide daily customer support and manage training compliance tasks within the HR department.

Responsibilities
Daily Customer Inquiries and Support Requests (2-3 hours/daily)
Assist HR Tier 1 team in answering the above questions
Compliance Training Upload Requests (1x/every 2-3 months)
Monthly catch-up assignments (1x/month)
Upload Nursing Orientation Rosters to Cornerstone (2-3x/month)
Quarterly Chief/Chair Training Compliance Report (1x/quarter)
Nursing Certification/Degree Magnet Close-out (2x/year)
Training Transcript Report Requests (1-2x/week)
Training Assignment Request for Other Mandatory Trainings (Varies)
Monthly mandatory calls
Qualification
Required
Excel formula skills (especially VLOOKUP)
Cornerstone LMS expert (SumTotal experience a plus)
Customer Service Etiquette
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Cornerstone Performance Observation Checklists (preferred, not required)
E-Learning development skills a plus but not required (Adobe Captivate and Articulate (Storyline and Rise 360))
HR Case Management system experience preferred (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD)
