United States-Program Manager III

Responsibilities

Lead Execution of the TA Enablement Roadmap
Manage and deliver the full portfolio of enablement programs, including onboarding, role pathways, interviewer training, AI-assisted learning, and readiness programs
Own quarterly prioritization, planning, sequencing, and sprint cadence across enablement initiatives
Provide structured guidance and operational alignment for enablement PMs and related contributors
Oversee Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Learning Delivery
Direct the workstream related to ORC go-live preparation, including learning design, field training, product workflow guidance, and communications
Oversee and quality-manage the work of additional fixed-term contractors contributing to ORC content creation, delivery, and change management
Translate complex system workflows into clear, role-specific learning paths
Track readiness, adoption, risks, and milestones; escalate insights to leadership
Advance AI-Native Enablement
Support the creation and rollout of AI-embedded learning experiences for TA teams
Ensure role-based guidance aligns with evolving interviewer expectations and AI fluency standards
Collaborate with partner teams (People Tech, Analytics, Talent Coordination, etc.) to integrate AI-supported guidance into operational workflows
Cross-Functional Alignment & Leadership Communication
Convert strategic priorities from TA leadership into actionable, field-ready enablement programs
Drive structured reporting for leadership forums, readiness reviews, and cross-functional updates
Maintain strong alignment across People Tech, HR Operations, Talent Coordination, and other stakeholders
Quality, Insights & Continuous Improvement
Define and monitor success metrics for enablement impact, adoption, and program effectiveness
Conduct field listening with recruiters and coordinators to identify friction and opportunities for improvement
Maintain high-quality documentation, templates, and enablement standards
Light Team Leadership & Coaching
Provide clear prioritization, structure, and accountability for internal and contract-based contributors
Maintain cadence, clarity, and healthy team operating rhythms throughout the parental leave period

Qualification

Required

6-10+ years of program management, enablement, L&D, recruiting operations, or HR systems experience
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stream programs with cross-functional dependencies
Strong operational rigor, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and influence across technical and non-technical partners
Ability to operate autonomously in a high-velocity, evolving environment

Preferred

Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Workday, or similar ATS/HRIS platforms
Exposure to AI-assisted learning or AI-supported workplace training programs
Background in interviewer training, talent assessment, or quality-of-hire programs
