Design assets for:
Websites and microsites
Social media
Display advertising
Support visual execution of tech storytelling (videos, research, campaigns)
Collaborate with agencies for resizing, repurposing, and asset adaptation
Maintain consistency with the new tech brand guidelines
Work closely with UX/Web Designer on layered brand execution
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years professional design experience
3 years hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
1 year experience with prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong visual storytelling and brand development skills
Preferred
UX/UI wireframing exposure
Experience in B2B, experimental, performance, or direct response marketing
Experience working with tech-focused or developer-focused audiences
Startup or tech-forward company background preferred over traditional financial services
Tech-savvy designers comfortable with AI, LLM concepts, and modern tech narratives
Fintech or startup experience strongly preferred
Financial services experience is not required and does not outweigh tech experience
Exposure to AI research branding is a major value add
