Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial office leases
Perform quality control reviews of new leases and amendments and submit to Finance for approval
Partner with the abstraction team to resolve open lease questions
Review rent statements and validate rent variances with supporting documentation
Provide rent variance commentary and reconcile discrepancies
Process monthly rent payments with a strong focus on data accuracy
Upload and manage lease-related documentation in shared drives
Communicate with landlords and internal partners regarding lease interpretation
Set up new vendors and resolve vendor or payment-related issues
Review and approve estoppels and notices of lease terms and dates
Understand and apply country-specific VAT requirements
Update and manage workflow tasks in Asana
Coordinate with shared service centers to ensure smooth task hand-offs
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
Analytical ability to read, interpret, and apply lease terms
Understanding of payment requirements and lease obligations
Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis
Experience working with a lease database system
Clear and professional communication skills
Experience: 2–3 years of related lease administration or real estate experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma considered with additional relevant experience
Preferred
Experience reading and interpreting rent statements
Knowledge of operating expenses
Experience with Tango lease administration system (highly preferred)
Ability to calculate rent, including prorated calculations
