Responsibilities
Lead and mentor site supervisors and staff within the region
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Oversee the day-to-day operations of services provided in compliance with regulatory guidelines
Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation
Daily management of all allocated labor budgets in your region
Establish and maintain quality control standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Ensure all departments adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, including infection control protocols and safety standards
Ensure contract compliance at each location
Foster effective communication and collaboration with all team members and location executives
Act as a Human Resources liaison
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of all facets of Housekeeping, Laundry, and Culinary Services within the healthcare industry
Minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare facilities
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control, and safety standards
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple facilities and departments effectively
Above average computer skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
