Responsibilities

Provide project management and operational support to the Compensation Design & Delivery team
Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
Maintain a clear calendar of deliverables
Coordinate workflows across teams
Ensure timely updates for MBR/QBR reporting
Ensure compensation workstreams are well-organized and deadlines are met
Align cross-functional teams and produce high-quality enablement materials to support managers and People partners
Work closely with the Compensation Design team, Recruiting Operations, and People Analytics, helping with project tracking, reporting, and content creation

Required

5+ years of corporate compensation experience that includes full compensation lifecycle projects support

HR systems experience
