Responsibilities

Effectively communicates staff or practice activity to superiors, supervises back end staff, conducts staff evaluations, trains new staff members, provides leadership or guidance, and acts as a resource to Front Office staff
Ensures compliance in accordance to federal and state regulations
Monitors the work of a team responsible for office upkeep, mail services, communication, secretarial work, custodial operations, or other support services
Coordinates meetings and schedules meeting room or meeting equipment
Prepares and manages reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing
Prepares practice reports in a timely
Works with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units or teams
Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualification

Business AdministrationEMR experienceStaff supervisionTeam coordinationCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2-4 years of experience in Business Administration or relevant area

Preferred

EMR experience strongly preferred
