Territory Sales Manager - Commercial Services
Hoods Unlimited Inc is a leading commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning company serving various industries across the Southeast. They are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager responsible for generating new business through prospecting and closing commercial accounts in the Charlotte area.

Responsibilities
Prospect and hunt for new commercial customers including restaurants, hotels, universities, healthcare facilities, and food service operations
Conduct in-person visits (“cold walk-ins”), relationship building, and follow-ups
Identify decision-makers and understand kitchen exhaust compliance requirements
Gather site information, take photos, and coordinate quote creation with internal teams
Present and close service agreements with an emphasis on recurring service contracts
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Represent Hoods Unlimited professionally in the field and in the market
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or territory management (service-based industries preferred)
Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Familiarity with restaurants, hospitality, or facilities management is a plus
