The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing enriching activities for children aged one to 12, ensuring safety and high-quality service for members' children.

Responsibilities
Spend most of his/her time (30+ hours per week) caring for children in the Treehouse
Develop, plan, schedule, organize and execute fun and enriching youth activities throughout the year for children ranging in age from toddlers to tweens
Recommend new youth programming ideas to enhance our members’ experience
Coordinate summer programming, including Day Camp, for school-aged children
Be responsible for youth activities in collaboration with other departments including Golf, Tennis, Health & Wellness, and Pool
Manage billing, staffing, scheduling, safety/housekeeping and programming in the Treehouse
Prioritize children's safety; ensure hygiene and good housekeeping of child care facility
Ensure the highest quality of service is provided to Southern Hills Country Club members and their children and grandchildren
Qualification
Required
Experience in a childcare setting required, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy necessary
Physical ability to lift and carry children up to 50 pounds necessary
Preferred
Formal education and/or training in Early Childhood Education
First Aid, CPR and AED training preferred or must be able to obtain upon hire
