Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst - Project Lead to join their IT team on a new initiative. This role involves leading QA efforts, developing test strategies, and implementing automated test frameworks across ETL and UI components of enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements and policy documentation into clear, comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
Design, build, and maintain automated test cases for ETL validation processes using Python and PyTest frameworks
Develop and execute advanced SQL queries across multiple platforms (SQL Server, Oracle) for data profiling and debugging
Perform Web UI automation using Selenium to validate front-end behavior in data-driven applications
Collaborate with developers, Client, and DevOps teams to integrate QA automation into CI/CD pipelines
Maintain and update documentation using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Ensure quality assurance standards and best practices are followed throughout the SDLC (Agile & Waterfall)

Required

3+ years translating business requirements into test scenarios
3+ years building test systems and executing test scenarios
5+ years automating ETL validations using Python and PyTest
5+ years writing test scripts for ETL pipelines
3+ years writing complex queries for data validation and debugging
1+ year using Selenium for front-end automation

Preferred

Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
5+ years in large enterprise or e-business systems
Background in healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid)
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
