Ballston Spa National Bank is a community-minded financial institution that has been serving the greater Capital Region since 1838. They are seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to support the onboarding of commercial loans and provide ongoing support to customers.

Responsibilities

Process unposted commercial loan payments and participation loan payments
Perform quality control of commercial loans onboarded to the bank's core system and CRA Wiz
Oversee system generated reports and customer notices
Provide internal and external customer service
Complete servicing and loan system maintenance requests
Prepare and send monthly billing statements
Process closed loans
Complete SBA loan submissions
Prepare and review payoff letters
Monitor flood insurance requirements
Other loan servicing-related tasks

Required

Two year's prior banking experience required
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Demonstrated attention to detail
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
commercial loan servicing and commercial loan documentation experience preferred
