Qualification
Required
4 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred
Experience with large-scale transformation programs
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
Effective communication and change leadership skills
