Responsibilities

Support and execute corporate and project financing activities, including loans, credit facilities, letters of credit (LC), and guarantees
Act as the primary point of contact with U.S. banks and financial institutions
Assist in negotiating financing terms, interest rates, covenants, and fees
Coordinate with Legal, Tax, and HQ finance teams on financing documentation
Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
Monitor cash balances, funding needs, and intercompany funding arrangements
Assist in working capital optimization related to financing activities
Prepare financial models, cash flow projections, and financing scenarios
Support management decision-making on funding structures and timing
Analyze financing costs and risks
Ensure financing activities comply with internal policies, approval matrices, and regulatory requirements
Support internal and external audits related to financing and treasury matters
Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Operations teams
Support ad-hoc projects such as restructuring, expansion, or large customer projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a flexible hybrid office environment
5–10 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, banking, or financing roles
Experience working with U.S. banks and financing instruments
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Exceptional project management and organizational skills to execute time-sensitive deliverables
A results-oriented focus is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment and effectively manage multiple deliverables and priorities simultaneously
People and team oriented with a strong ability to establish an excellent level of confidence, credibility and cooperation with HiTHIUM's internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, both verbally and written
Ability to present information clearly and effectively

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, or project-based businesses is a plus
