Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product design, from early exploration through polished, shipped experiences
Design intuitive, trustworthy workflows across discovery, search, closets, and social features
Set and maintain a high bar for craft, usability, and visual polish across the product
Define and evolve visual language, components, and design systems as the product scales
Ensure consistency and quality across all product surfaces and touchpoints
Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and execution
Bring strong design perspective into product strategy and decision-making
Design thoughtful AI-powered experiences across search, recommendations, and insights
Build deep understanding of users, behaviors, and cultural context—especially Gen Z and fashion-forward consumers
Iterate quickly using feedback, data, and intuition while maintaining high design standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer on consumer-facing products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product experiences
High standards for visual design, UX, and interaction design
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience at early-stage startups or high-growth consumer companies
Strong taste across product UX and visual/brand design
Experience designing social, marketplace, or commerce products
Passion for fashion, culture, and AI-driven consumer experiences
