Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product design, from early exploration through polished, shipped experiences
Design intuitive workflows across discovery, search, closets, and social features
Set and maintain high standards for craft, usability, and visual polish
Define and evolve design systems as the product scales
Ensure consistency and quality across all product surfaces and touchpoints
Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and execution
Bring strong design perspective into product strategy and decision-making
Design AI-powered experiences across search, recommendations, and insights
Build deep understanding of users, especially Gen Z and fashion-forward consumers
Iterate quickly using feedback, data, and intuition while maintaining high design standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer on consumer-facing products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product experiences
High standards for visual design, UX, and interaction design
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
Preferred
Experience at early-stage startups or high-growth consumer companies
Strong taste across product UX and visual/brand design
Experience designing commerce products such as social, marketplace, or shopping platforms
Passion for fashion, culture and AI-driven consumer experiences
