Responsibilities
Provide lab support to the manufacturing process
Confirm quality of product before shipment to customer
Conduct analytical testing on emulsion polymerization products and plant wastewater
Support In-Process and Finished Goods 24/7 ISO 9001 manufacturing operations
Accurately measure physical properties (pH, viscosity, solids, PSD)
Analyze composition using GC, HPLC, FTIR, and titrations for Latex products
Perform data entry and retrieve information from LIMS (IQS), SAP, and other software systems
Ensure accuracy when performing tests and communicating results
Maintain strong attention to detail
Opportunity for temporary assignment to convert to a permanent position
Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
Qualification
Required
Provide lab support to the manufacturing process
Confirm quality of product before shipment to customer
Conduct analytical testing on emulsion polymerization products and plant wastewater

Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends
One week: 36 hours (3 days × 12 hours)
Following week: 48 hours (4 days × 12 hours)
Not all days are consecutive
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Preferred
2+ years of experience in a lab position with increasing responsibility
Proficiency with LIMS (IQS), SAP, and other lab software preferred
Associate's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or another science field with 6+ months of industrial experience in QA/QC, R&D, Analytical, or Environmental lab environments
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant industrial lab experience in QA/QC, R&D, Analytical, or Environmental lab environments
