Responsibilities

Schedule applicants upon request for fingerprinting
Request Local, State, and Federal background checks
Child abuse central registries check
Manage the fingerprinting process
Travel to conduct fingerprinting
Utilize Smartsheet as a documenting tool
Schedule appointments
Type and compose correspondence to the individuals being served
Collect and compile data for the monthly report
Maintain Confidential information
Track fingerprinting equipment
Assist both Licensure and Human Resource staff with interpretation of fingerprinting policy and procedures
Perform any other duties assigned
