Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions
Configure and customize call flows, IVRs, routing profiles, queues, and agent hierarchies
Optimize call flows and implement analytics for enhanced customer experience
Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of the contact center environment

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proven 7 years of experience in designing and deploying Amazon Connect solutions
Strong understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, and Kinesis
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving telephony and call quality issues
Experience in developing chatbots and voice bots using AWS Lex and Lambda
Familiarity with AWS Contact Lens and Amazon Connect Insights for analytics
Strong collaboration skills with developers, architects, and stakeholders
