Cinemark is a global entertainment company with over 500 theatres and nearly 6,000 screens. They are seeking a Technology Operations and Presentation Intern to assist with the rollout of new digital cinema technology, evaluate equipment, and create training documentation to support implementation across the organization.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and Test Equipment: Collaborate with CNK evaluation staff to assess, compare, and document performance of projectors, servers, and related software
Training Support: Apply insights from evaluations to assist in training team members on new technologies
Content Development: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create Yonyx knowledgebase articles and comprehensive training documentation
Alpha/Beta Testing: Conduct testing of selected equipment and set up lab environments for trials
Data Analysis & Support: Perform ticket analysis, investigate trends, and provide support to identify improvement opportunities
Documentation Management: Create and maintain training materials from the existing queue, ensuring timely updates
Feedback Coordination: Manage organizational updates and feedback cycles for documentation requests

Qualification

Hardware/software testingData analysisBasic networking knowledgeDocumentation platformsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with hardware/software testing and evaluation processes
Basic understanding of servers, networking, and projection systems is a plus
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear documentation and collaborating with SMEs
Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and think critically
Experience or willingness to learn documentation platforms (e.g., Yonyx) and ticketing systems
