Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
Enter invoices, match documentation, and assist with payment processing
Apply customer payments and resolve basic billing discrepancies
Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding invoices and payments
Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar accounting role
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and able to work onsite in a downtown Pittsburgh office
Preferred
Experience with accounting or ERP systems
