Enterprise Sales Account Manager (Remote)

They are seeking a hardworking Enterprise Sales Account Manager to manage the sales pipeline, develop strategic account plans, and establish strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to net new customers
Creating a strategic account plan to close expansion opportunities
Achieve / exceed quota targets
Develops effective and specific account & Territory plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage them to drive strategy throughout the organization
Establishes strong management and CXO relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value and existing knowledge of Redlist's solutions
Builds a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities and accurate account information and coaching
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending improvements to the client's maintenance plans
Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline
Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve
Strengthening and building the team
You will own a number of key metrics, including pipeline created, daily activities completed, pipeline overall health and especially meeting or exceeding your quota
You will be expected to figure out how to solve whatever problems you encounter
Expect that our company will continue to change over the course of each 6-12 months
Leading the rest of the company to achieve your department goals
You are expected to capture your activities and plans within this tool
You are expected to ensure that you are compliant with this framework on all applicable contacts and deals in the system
Do what it takes to honorably close deals
Working with our marketing and product managers and team members to communicate important feedback with the applicable departments
Cooperate with other team members to improve sales conversion and to ensure all leads are processed correctly

Preferred
7+ Years of B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales Experience
Industrial B2B preferred
