Responsibilities
Facilitate all SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Retrospectives
Coordinate Agile teams, manage dependencies, and resolve impediments to ensure smooth program execution
Track and report on program progress, metrics, and performance indicators
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across all teams
Implement and monitor SAFe metrics, driving Agile maturity and process optimization
Serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
Support change management and adoption of Agile best practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience with SAFe implementations and Agile program management
SAFe RTE or SPC certification
TS/SCI clearance
Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills
U.S. Citizenship (required for classified work)
Ability to deploy globally as required by mission needs
