Director of Demand Generation
Dune Security is the world’s first User Adaptive Risk Management solution, and they are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead their global growth engine. The role involves designing and executing campaigns to create qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue while managing a team of marketers and collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams.
Responsibilities
Own global demand generation strategy and execution , overseeing all inbound and outbound programs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth
Lead and grow a high-performing team across campaign strategy, digital, paid media, field marketing, and marketing operations
Develop integrated campaigns tailored to specific segments and personas
Align tightly with Sales leadership to define pipeline targets, lead qualification strategies, SLAs, and attribution models
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging, positioning, and content align with market needs, buyer journeys, and Dune’s product vision
Continuously optimize performance through rigorous testing, funnel diagnostics, attribution analysis, and marketing automation workflows
Own the marketing tech stack and budget , ensuring tools and resources support scale, results measurement, and operational excellence
Report on pipeline performance and marketing-sourced revenue with clarity and confidence to executive stakeholders
Champion a test-and-learn culture , balancing well-reasoned creative thinking with strong operational discipline
Qualification
Required
8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with 3+ in a leadership role owning pipeline targets
Proven success in building multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM, lead scoring, attribution, and funnel analytics
Experience managing and mentoring teams across campaign execution, performance marketing, and marketing operations
Strong collaboration skills with Sales, especially around lead management, pipeline acceleration, and shared metrics
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Preferred
Experience marketing to technical and security-oriented audiences (e.g., developers, analysts, CISOs)
Background in content-led or product-led growth environments
Familiarity with ABM programs and account-tiering frameworks
Experience supporting both self-serve and sales-led GTM motions
