Responsibilities
Configure Candescent solutions based on functional and technical requirements
Translate user stories and design documents into executable configuration changes
Support configuration across modules including digital banking, card services, alerts, fraud, money movement, and core banking integrations
Perform data mapping, rules configuration, workflows, and UI-level adjustments
Conduct configuration testing, validate expected results, and resolve defects
Maintain documentation for configuration logic, versioning, and change history
Participate in requirements sessions and provide configuration expertise to clients
Collaborate with QA, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful go-live
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of experience in software configuration, implementation, or system administration
Experience working with financial services, banking technology, or fintech platforms
Strong understanding of rules engines, data structures, workflows, and admin console tools
Ability to interpret functional specs and translate them into configuration tasks
Excellent problem solving, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with platforms such as Client, FIS, Jack Henry, or Corelation
Familiarity with digital banking configuration, alerts, fraud workflows, or API-driven integrations
Experience working within Agile implementation teams
Banking operations or fintech consulting background
