Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies
Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents
Provide legal counsel to clients on transactions and business matters
Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes effectively
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations

Qualification

California State Bar membershipLegal document draftingCivil litigation experienceAnalytical skillsClient relationship managementTime managementOrganizational abilities

Required

5-10 years of experience practicing law. Personal injury or construction defect defense is a plus
Proficiency in drafting legal documents and familiarity with legal procedure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Reliable with exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Active California State Bar membership in good standing
Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships

Preferred

Experience within corporate defense is highly valued
Background in construction defect and personal injury defense considered a strong plus
