Enkompas Technology Solutions is a growing start-up focused on data engineering under Technology Services. They are seeking a Data Engineer to implement, grow, and optimize their data pipeline architecture while collaborating with various teams to support data infrastructure needs.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain optimized data architecture
Identify and implement automation of manual processes, optimized data delivery, and designed architecture plans focused on scalability and user accessibility
Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights to be incorporated into applications and used internally for business development
Work with the Cloud Architecture team and other stakeholders to ensure the ongoing security and confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information
Work with the Executive, Product, Engineering and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
Work onsite in our Pittsburgh Headquarters in a collaborative team

Required

Must Be US Citizen Or Green Card Holder...no OPT
4+ years' experience managing data and data solutions
Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets
Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management
Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and scalable data stores
Experience with the following tool/databases/technologies: Azure, Azure SQL, ADLS, SQL, Python, Scala, Databricks / Delta Lake, dbt/dbt Cloud
Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively

Preferred

Healthcare technology experience with medical and pharmacy claims handling/processing
