Responsibilities
Overseeing purchasing activities to ensure accurate material ordering, timely deliveries, and a seamless workflow
Collaborating with design, installation, and operations teams to learn and anticipate material needs
Coordinating with our primary vendor to order materials, meet production schedules, and resolve issues regarding quality, returns, or discrepancies
Reviewing designs to check for accuracy and functionality as well as accurately submitting purchase orders
Confirming orders, tracking deliveries, monitoring backorders, and maintaining inventory levels
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of cabinets or closet installation
Knowledge of CAD software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Must have the ability to pass a background check
Preferred
Procurement experience
Experience using a CRM
Familiarity with manufacturing or construction materials
