Required
High school diploma or GED required
6 months experience delivery or as a prior courier preferred
The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) and customer service to interact with all levels of employees, hospital partners, and general public
Strong work ethic including attendance, trust, flexibility, and reliability
A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of the blood center
A valid driving license and clear driving record are required
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen are required
