Hochstetter Homes brokered by eXp Realty is seeking a Property Damage Lead Mitigation Technician to join their team. The role involves serving the community by managing water and fire mitigation projects, supervising team members, and ensuring excellent customer service during challenging times.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

High level of performance in water and fire mitigation, tarping, board up, and mold remediation, services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications

Supervise and set jobsite expectations to other team members onsite

Handle job file documentation and report back to division manager

Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service

Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment

Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule

Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary

You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed
