Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project lifecycles, from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and risk management strategies
Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of project activities, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon scope, timelines, and costs
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective resolution strategies
Manage changes in operational plans to optimize project outcomes
Ensure project execution aligns with the project charter, scope statement, and project management plan
Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional project teams, including developers, consultants, business analysts, and external vendors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex integrations across multiple systems
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams, managing expectations and facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and drive decision-making
Provide regular project status updates to management and project teams, actively seeking and addressing feedback
Manage deployment-related cutover and go-live activities, including planning and scheduling with data conversion and training teams
Manage post-go-live support, leading the team to resolve issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in managing SAP projects, with significant experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions
Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Activate or ASAP Project Methodology
Successful track record of managing multiple Full Life Cycle Implementations, ensuring end-to-end project delivery
Strong understanding of SAP functional modules is essential to effectively oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams
Familiarity with complex system integrations and external interfaces
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow-up
Outstanding leadership capabilities, adept at fostering a positive team environment while driving tasks independently
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with all levels of an organization
Proficiency in project management tools
Preferred
Experience with RPA projects is a plus
