Responsibilities
Currently operating independently as a Certified General Appraiser and want access to stronger systems, tools, and administrative support
Leading a small appraisal team and need more scalable infrastructure (CRM, pipeline visibility, sales data, research support, report tools)
Looking for a partnership that allows you to remain autonomous while gaining the benefits of an established appraisal network
Wanting to spend more time on valuation, inspections, and client relationships — and less time on paperwork, billing, data gathering, and admin tasks
Drawn to a professional community where appraisers collaborate, share comps, and support one another
Interested in consistent project flow without sacrificing the independence of 1099 work
Qualification
Required
Certified General Appraiser (Iowa or reciprocity eligible)
Agricultural or rural property experience required
Strong analytical, valuation, and narrative writing skills
Reliable, self-directed, and professional communication style
