Mid LevelWenzell & Fisher Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Task Force Hotel Accountant with strong expertise in QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will manage hotel accounting tasks on a temporary or project basis, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the accounting department during peak periods or special projects.

Responsibilities
Utilize QuickBooks Online to record, track, and reconcile financial transactions
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to hotel operations
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with company policies
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly
Support audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a hotel accountant or in a similar hospitality accounting role
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required
Solid understanding of accounting principles and hotel industry financial practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
