Develop and maintain infrastructure systems such as data warehouses and data lakes
Prepare, manipulate, and access data using various technologies
Interpret data and perform statistical analyses to generate actionable insights
Provide analytical support for key business projects
Design and maintain quality control procedures for multi-system datasets
Develop data models based on existing architecture and metadata standards
Create data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data
Apply ETL/ELT techniques to integrate large datasets from diverse sources
Implement best practices for scalability, reliability, auditing, and performance
Stay current with industry trends through training, publications, and professional networks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
5 years of experience in database design and data modeling
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development
Application development and relational database experience
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with data warehouse architecture and data modeling
Experience developing and updating ETL/ELT pipelines
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data systems
Experience with data auditing, performance optimization, and data reliability best practices
Expertise with Ab Initio
Expertise in SQL, NoSQL, or Python
Strong understanding of database design and implementation
Strong understanding of data movement concepts and data exchange formats
Strong technical documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Adaptability to evolving data and technology needs
