Responsibilities

Develop and execute the U.S. regional sales plan for sweeteners based on the company's overall strategy and market dynamics
Define clear sales targets and actionable plans, and conduct regular evaluations and adjustments to ensure full achievement of sales objectives
Establish and maintain long-term, positive relationships with U.S.-based clients
Deeply understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and promptly address customer feedback and complaints to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Proactively identify new clients and sales opportunities within the U.S. sweetener market, expand diverse sales channels, and effectively promote the company’s products and brand by participating in industry trade shows, seminars, and other relevant events
Initiate contact with potential customers, comprehensively demonstrate the features and application scenarios of new products, and actively drive sample testing and order conversion

Required

Proven B2B sales experience in sweeteners or related food ingredients within the US market. Must have an established understanding of the market landscape and customer distribution
Strong technical knowledge of sweetener products (e.g., natural sweeteners, high-intensity sweeteners). Working knowledge of FDA regulations, GRAS status, and industry standards is required to provide credible, solution-oriented customer support
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. A demonstrated ability to independently prospect, develop new accounts, and nurture long-term client relationships
