Responsibilities

Process medical and dental claims accurately, including appeals and coordination of benefits

Resolve billing notices and coordinate care with the Missionary Medical Nurse team

Prevent collections activity for missionaries proactively

Provide timely, professional support via phone, email, and in person

Meet service-level standards for call response and resolution

Document thoroughly and communicate clearly with stakeholders

Manage plan payments, recoveries, receipts, and posting adjustments

Partner with Accounting to identify overpayments and execute recoveries

Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Advanced knowledge of claims processing and health plan design
