They are seeking a high-energy Receptionist to join their Customer Service team, responsible for greeting members, managing calls, and maintaining the facility's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

Greeting and seeing off members for workouts

Facility cleanliness and organization

Capturing photo and video of workouts

Leading orientation of the facility for prospective customers and assisting the Sales Staff in creating a motivating and exciting experience

Setting up and breaking down equipment for workouts

Processing payments and managing member accounts

Merchandise sales

Assist Coaching Staff with recording athlete data and ensuring safety of athletes

Participation in company events and attendance of athlete sporting events

Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
