As a Shift Supervisor, you will manage daily operations and ensure programs are implemented according to policies and licensing requirements while serving as a role model for staff and students.

Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations

Ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements

Responsible for making critical and sound decisions during emergencies

Conducting group intervention crisis sessions

Inform Unit Managers of concerns

Be a role model for staff and students

Leading by example and modeling ROP programming

BA/BS in related fieldResidential treatment experienceCrisis interventionRole modelingLeadership skillsCommunication skills

Required

ROP employees currently in this position and internal candidates being considered for an open SS position must have a BA/BS in a related field or actively pursuing a degree

Must Have three to five years of experience in a residential treatment facility setting. Related and/or equivalent experience may be substituted with approval

Be at least 21 years of age

Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test

Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry

Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver's License
